What is the liability of directors in case of company fraud?

Under Section 447 of the Companies Act, 2013, if directors are found guilty of fraud, they can face:

• Imprisonment: 6 months to 10 years.

• Fine: Amounting to the fraud or three times the fraud amount, whichever is higher.
  They may also be disqualified from holding directorship in other companies.
